Studio Services:

  • Welcome to UNLEASHED Loft, we focus on In-Person fitness classes for all levels. Are you tired of the crowds at Planet Fitness, LA Fitness or 24 Hour Fitness? Are you looking for Fun and Effective exercises classes taught by the fitness industry’s top instructors? If you answered yes to either of these questions then UNLEASHED is the fitness studio for you. We are not a gym we are a private studio designed just for women. This is a small fitness studio with all of the personal attention that goes with it. There will never be more than 6 people in any class ever.

  • I started UNLEASHED more than twenty years ago because I love helping women gain control of their lives through lifestyle intervention and giving people access to fact-based information about weight loss, exercise, and nutrition. My goal was to help them improve their lifestyle and embrace science, like GLP-1 Weight Loss Medications, when appropriate.

    UNLEASHED is a community of women helping one another overcome obesity, diabetes, menopause, hormone issues, recover from abuse, overcome auto-immune diseases, and so much more.

Strength & Stretch

This 30-minute class combines Yoga, Pilates, and body weight strength training, focusing on lengthening and strengthening the body while improving flexibility.

Xpress Yoga - Power Flow

This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga class. Focusing on power and strength while improving flexibility. No yoga experience required, the more classes you take the more you will feel successful.

Our instructors will break the class down to ensure your success.

Weights 4 Women

Join our 30-minute total body weight training class designed to tone muscles with lower and upper body exercises. Don’t worry — you won't get bulky! Our expert coaches will provide modifications to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

Barre Basics

This 30-minute class incorporates Ballet Barre fundamentals, like plié, relevé, tendu, etc., and focuses on lengthening and strengthening your entire body.

Step Aerobics

This 30 minute old school step class; is broken down for beginners and modified for advanced participants.

Step aerobics is one of the most effective ways to burn bodyfat.

Booty & Abs

Join us for a 30-minute class designed to target and tone your glutes and abdominal muscles, using a variety of props. Perfect for anyone looking to enhance their shape, this is the ultimate Peach Bum workout you’ve been searching for. You will really feel this workout and achieve those results!

Step & Weights

This 30 minute Cardio and Weights class; includes a very simple step routine that repeats and then incorporates total body weights. This class will burn bodyfat, use excess calories and speed up your metabolism. It is appropriate for beginner, intermediate & advanced participants.
